This is our 4-season cottage located on 5 acres of land in Chertsey Quebec. From Dorval, the journey is about 75 minutes (105 km). With tons of snow in the winter it is strategically located near 4 ski resorts (St-Come, Garceau, the Reserve and Montcalm). Lots of activities to do: spas, snowmobile trails / mountain bikes and nearby national parks (Tremblant and Oureau). The cottage also has access to Lake Beaulac where you will find a 6 km trail in winter. Enjoy! Enjoy little nature hikes or picnics on our 5-acre property. There is an outdoor fireplace where you can light a fire (the wood is not provided and must be bought locally). There is also a four-season hot tub for you to relax in. You have access to the entire cottage and there is an access to Lac Beaulac 700m away. A quick reminder that this is a servitude to access the lake by walking (absolutely no motorized vehicles allowed) and that you are passing through the property of my neighbors. So please keep the noise to a minimum. Nothing can be left behind at the lake. Call us if you have any questions or emergencies. Situated in the heart of Lanaudiere, our cabin is nestled on access one of Beaulac lake. The area comes to life especially during the weekends and holidays. It is a very safe and quite area and more than half the residents live hear year-round. Reminder - this is not a lakefront property...if it was you would be paying a lot more! Access to the lake will be explained when you arrive by your host (if you want to enjoy the lake). Also, please respect the tranquility of the area...no loud noises will be tolerated (no FIREWORKS are ALLOWED). You will be provided a security code 1 day prior to your stay which will unlock the basement door and Alarm system. You will also have a checklist upon arrival and a departure checklist...important in the winter for the heating and hot water.
